Itinerary

4-5:30pm 
Cocktail hour with drinks, music, check out our silent auction items and begin bidding, we will have helpers to navigate you through the process

5:30-7pm 
BBQ Dinner begins, provided by Carson City BBQ and Hawaiian Shave Ice by Island Breeze Events. Silent Auction ends, all bids must be placed by 7pm

7:15pm 
Live Auction Begins!!

9pm
Event wraps up.
